How long will your battery last?
Estimate a constant load with no solar input. Check your device’s continuous and surge power separately.
Runtime = capacity × (1 − reserve) ÷ (load ÷ efficiency + idle draw). Efficiency applies to device conversion losses; idle draw is measured at the battery. Cold, battery age and cycling loads affect actual runtime. Defaults are illustrative assumptions.
